Base only. This is the hobstars pattern with ruffled edges. C1920. Made by imperial Glass Company in Ohio, USA. This could be a replacement for a broken or damaged base for a punch bowl. Could also be used for a vase or candy dish.  Measures 5" tall, 7" across the top of the base and 5" across the bottom. Has a small chip across the top edge of the bottom. Please see photos. In good condition for its age.
