R W Stephan Hand Blown Solid Glass Paperweight

This is a frosted glass dichroic paperweight with a controlled bubble design. It has interior swirls encased within clear crystal and Irredescent glass. It is signed RW Stephan@1994. 3" tall and 1" across the polished bottom. In excellent condition. No chips, cracks, or scratches.
