This is a hand-carved African soapstone bowl or dish featuring a giraffe safari scene. Handmade in Kenya, typically by Masai carvers. Made from soapstone, a soft, natural stone that is easy to carve. Features vivid, hand-painted animal designs and colors. Can be used as a decorative piece, a trinket dish, or for holding small items.
